All the best for your endeavours on the new platform! Podcast transcripts are convenient: sometimes I prefer listening to podcasts (when doing some work in parallel), sometimes I prefer reading (takes less time, makes it easier to come back and find specific parts to re-read).
I very much enjoyed "What the Night Sings" and "A Cloud of Outrageous Blue", particularly the latter. I mostly read e-books due to space restrictions, but I make exceptions for books with formulas and for beautifully illustrated books (and as a mathematician, I consider the former a subset of the latter...).
